Watch out, I started with congestion and coughing on 4/25, gave up after 10 days and went to doctor. Sinobronchitis was the diagnosis. Antibiotics, flonase and Mucinex were prescribed. Didn't help much, I am still dealing with mild congestion and a lingering cough 1 month later. Take care
