The Mission Bay part of SF is the only part of the city that feels as rich as the GDP / capita implies… but man the fact that the residential stuff is mostly 5 over 1s and tops out at like 15 stories is such a missed opportunity It should look like Manhattan
Even better example of a super illegal to build in the US structure. Pretty sure this is about or slightly wider than the typical lot in the Outer Sunset
The subsidized housing complex next to the Balboa Park Bart station remains of the biggest missed opportunities in San Francisco. Great lot, near a Bart station. We got mid rise density. By not doing Missing Massive we missed out on a whole neighborhood worth of upzoning
Apartment complex in Sapporo. Most illegal-to-build-in-the-US building? Tall, one exterior staircase, super skinny, no parking
