On May 27, 2023, Texas House of Representatives votes to impeach Republican AG Ken Paxton - just the third official in Texan history. The Republican-led House voted 121-23 to impeach Paxton on allegations of bribery, dereliction of duty, obstruction of justice, and abuse of public trust.
