The New Governor General of Canada 🇨🇦 Justice Arbour, gave a lesson in Free Speech to @mark-carney.bsky.social & Liberals and then 2 days after he tabled a social media bill to remove children’s Charter right to free speech under the age of 16. I don’t think he understood.
