Smoked brisket. I can do ribs, pork butt, chicken, sausage, even fish. My brisket will be basically smoky, chewy roast beef.

Now, what's something(s) you can't cook? Dont ask me to bake a gotdamn thing. Everybody gone suffer. Fish is also a blindspot. My wife and most of my kids dont eat it, so I just never cook it. My catfish is good, but its over after that.
