I feel the same way about hybrids/EVs. Before we tout the superiority, moral or otherwise, of choosing an EV/hybrid for ownership over a gas car, we should make it a live fucking option for everyone.
Shaming folks for not choosing an infeasible choice is just being an asshole.

My only contribution to the solar discourse (y’all need hobbies) is that before anyone touts solar as a kind of superior choice, moral or otherwise, we should mandate the installation of solar for rental properties.
