I think my MOST favourite episode of Avatar The Last Airbender book 1, is definitely "The Blue Spirit". It's absoilutely hilarious (the frogs, what the people think the Avatar can do, the promotion, etc.). It also sets-up Aang's and Zuko's friendship so well for the future...
