Non-birders are constantly asking me stupid questions like "Okay, then, what's your favorite bird?" To which I reply "Don't be daft; no serious birder has one single favorite bird, all birds are AWESOME!" (But actually, obviously, it's Least Tern.) #birdsseenin2026
