RFI's Steven Jambot, 2310 UTC, 9455 kHz from WRMI Florida, received 1) here in northern Virginia (out of target) and 2) via SDR in Alberta (in target). The image is MFSK32, and the preceding MFSK32 text in French decoded 100% via both receivers.
