3/4 Participants who received a pre-recorded phone call saw a one-percentage-point increase in #Medicaid renewals, with even higher rates among Tribal members, children, and people with chronic conditions.
2/4 Participants were from households facing coverage renewal deadlines. Everyone received written outreach (text or postcard) about their deadline, but some also received a pre-recorded phone call 📞offering navigator assistance through a hotline to help renew their #Medicaid.
