It also comes down to not just how bad the Roberts Court is, but the whole Trump regime and how inextricably tied to it they are. On the one hand, a bad president who'll pass. More accurately, a criminal enterprise that has installed an illegitimate POTUS explicitly disqualified by the Constitution.
