Jean Noel Barrot refuse de qualifier Israël de régime d'apartheid. Il laisse ça aux juristes et aux historiens. Ça tombe bien puisqu'en juillet 2024, la CIJ a estimé qu'Israël était responsable d’apartheid. En janvier 2026, l'ONU a également dénoncé l'apartheid israélien.
