Pride events in Northern and Central Oregon should start preparing for targeted threats like this by forming safety teams complete with de-escalators, physical responders, medicals, and legal observers. AG's should also stack these events and be prepared to intervene on their own terms.

Meet serial macer Melissa Janell Berntsen, aka NicoOregon, who went to Hillsboro Pride w/ Tommy Allen on 6/6 and assaulted many attendees with bear spray, including children. Her stream was wildly incriminating & we encourage the victims to sue her.
