Local jails have a list of people detained in them publicly available on the internet. ICE agents can literally look it up. (So can you!)

When local jails don't share information with ICE, agents can no longer pick people up in a controlled setting. They have to find them in the street instead and these street arrests carry more risk for everyone involved.
