Sadly this is the experience of many in public life.
Extremes are thriving with the help of social media algorithms, fake accounts and misinformation. Hate & division has been normalised (and monetised).
This is materially different than anything I’ve experienced in two decades of elected office.
This is just horrific.
We need a new economy, one rooted in co-operation, not polarisation.
