My favorite thing about animation is the way color design / color palettes (lighting) can make a scene more interesting. I feel like most people miss what they do and the effect color palettes have on base colors!
When development was starting up on Jessica's Big Little World, I took a Craig of the Creek background and did a very quick 15 minute paint mockup to pitch how I wanted to make it look different.
Some random development/scribbles that I always liked. Working away on some Taxi stuff in my free time... but animation takes so long!
