A sunny Sunday and I'm doing the final edits on my forthcoming novel, which I began writing in January 2022.
I post this only as a riposte to the people who keep saying to me "God, you churn them out."
If 40+ hour weeks for 4 years is 'churning'...sure!

"Britain is broken" is a dogwhistle btw. It leave a vacuum for the ppl to decide which parts of Britian are broken. If you ask me, I'd say its the running of the NHS, education which is now wildly inconsistent, housing supply, train services. If you ask a bigot, they'd say 'too many foreigners'
