Hungary is drawing a line under the Orbán era. Parliament has approved a constitutional amendment limiting prime ministers to two terms, a move that prevents Viktor Orbán from returning to office after serving 16 years as the country’s leader.
The amendment says that those who had previously held the role of prime minister for at least eight years "cannot be elected prime minister."
