Lack of progress on Alzheimer's might be from lack of a simple alternative model. Try this: Alzheimer's is like a volcano. Volcanos create lava and ash, but clearing lava doesn't cure the volcano. The problem is in weak geology, miles underground. freakonomics.com/podcast/why-... #neuroskyence
