Goff Lab posters are out at #ASMicrobe today! At 12:30 in the Health area, Isaac presents a poster on microplastic microbiomes (#287). At 3, Linda and Khulan will share how we have been studying tellurium speciation in microbial cultures in the AEM area (#629).

I need to restock my #sciart presents for graduating students (undergrads and grad students). Drop a link to your favorite science-themed artists website/etsy/redbubble page below. (microbiology focus is a bonus)
Did you know that thermophilic amoeba have been isolated by researchers at Syracuse University from a steam vent at SUNY ESF? artsandsciences.syracuse.edu/biology/news... You can visit this geyser of the built environment when you come to our first fall meeting, held at SUNY ESF this year!
