4:28p/ Definitely getting more of a heavy rain (perhaps some lightning) vibe from these showers/storms. Our damaging wind threat seems very low at this point.
11:21a/ Band of heavier showers moving N into WillCo, could be some gusty winds in there as well.
12:26p/ Heavier showers now pushing thru the northern half of Davidson. Gusts up to 30mph possible with these.

Models agree that our storms hold off until late tonight/early Monday morning. Low-end threat of damaging straight-line winds and heavy rain. Tornado risk is very close to 0, but not 0. Another wave of storms possible Monday. More updates later.
5:47p/ The showers have begun to really put the brakes on, while also fizzling out. It's possible some of us get away with being mostly dry this evening, especially the further S you are.

Weird how sometimes I find I agree with people…for TOTALLY DIFFERENT reasons.
It’s no secret that I support government support for businesses. I just also think those businesses should be good partners & actually need the money & add something that makes our economy more resilient.
Also why do we rely on cars that can’t see bikes and peds before hitting them to then accurately identify whether those bikes and peds use bike and ped infrastructure!
