This is on top of continuing to sort images for new coloring books. I have half of the horse references compiled.
So what do I do instead of resting after the long weekend? I start cleaning the kitchen (one 55-gallon garbage bag filled, another waiting in the sidelines) A lot of expired foods, broken equipment, stuff we never use. Anything usable will be donated. But most is garbage.
You know when you start a new series, but don't realize it's not finished? So you get to the final book (the next book is coming in July), and move on to the author's other series. Also unfinished. GAH! Anyway: #ToniBinns has a couple of really good, interconnected series that are worth reading :)
After getting home early, I spent a lot of time going through the referene images I have on the computer and seperating them for the new coloring books. Gonna see how many I can have ready by the August show. #art #arting
We ended up leaving to come home as soon as we woke up. I love Lily Dale. I love Angel House. But I love home more. It was nice to get away for a few days though :)
Tangentially writing, if anyone has pictures of cats, Newfoundland dogs, or animals in general, I'm happy to add them to my reference folders and hopefully use :)
I did not drink nearly enough water yesterday, and ate more than I should have. I do love vendor events, and I'm not holding yesterday's food against myself. But I am currently chugging water and looking forward to some healthier choices.
While I was away, @lucidnonsense.org spent time with the new boom arm system from 3dprintingbuilds.com/link-a-link/ He donated to their Kickstarter because it looked infinitely useful...he's printing a double payload arm for me so I can have both camera and light on the same arm.
'Twas a good day :) Not as many sales (the event was three hours shorter, and it was hot enough I didn't mind), and I got a list of new coloring books to design. Barnyard Buddies, Fey Wilds, Fairies II, Meowers and Flowers III, Meowers and Flowers: The Big Cats, Safari Sunrise
Colorful Cryptids, Birbs of Paradise, Wildlife Wonders, Angels Baby, and Monster Mayhem. And Horses of Courses...forgot that one. Maybe merry-go-rounds.
