In my news writing, I'm told I have a very "authoritative" prose. And seriously, just look at me. Do I look like an authority on anything?
Note: I'm not vegan, although I respect those who've made that choice. I use vegan chorizo because it's already cooked. Just open the pouch and dump the chorizon in. Open the cans and dump the contents in, too. Add as much chili powder as you want. No measuring. No extra dishes to wash. Lazy AF.
