You talk to people where they are, not where you are.
At least, if you're addressing them in good faith.
So, typically when people say something like "that's a strong word", they're saying an implied "that's a strong word [for what we're talking about]"
That's about the only thing that makes sense with your original post.. unless you're just stating "unforgivable is a strong word" outside of context?
