Asking for a friend, i.e. father-in-law: Can anyone confirm that ADUs permitted before the city of LA updated its LID standards for ADUs in 2024 are subject to the old standards? Four 55 gallon rain barrels for a ~1,000sf ADU strikes me as kind of (okay very) over the top.
