Took this photo of Common Vetch in my garden lawn simply for the beauty of the flower, but realised that it also shows an ant feeding from one of the vetch's extra-floral nectaries - the nectaries attract ants, and the ants ward off other insects that might feed on the plant #wildflowerhour
