I want to talk about what happens when cis people pull this shit.
I shut down. Genuinely. If you do it at the beginning of a meeting, I will be useless because instead of concentrating on our work, I'm now wondering if I should say something and how to say it and how you'll receive it.
I am begging cisgender people to stop using the pronoun part of their introductions in meeting to say nouns that are clearly not the pronouns they actually use.
I don't care if you have ~feelings~ about being asked pronouns. You are mocking trans people.
