THIS IS NOT A THING ULTRAPROCESSED MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING There is no mechanism of action by which "processing" a food would, across the board, have this effect. Cutting up an apple is processing it. Cutting up and salting potato chips is processing them. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ULTRAPROCESSED
