Another journal sketch of Gaster, this time with a bead of red. The true nature of it, or the reason for it's aura or glow, is not clear to me as an artist. One could make many assumptions, based on the source material... Or outside it, as a matter of symbolism.

A sketchbook practice piece which turned out decently, I arrived at the image of Gaster with a nimbus of light and violet flame - both sources that interact with the jacket and bone surfaces.
Building his structure with hues, and focussing on volumes of his figure.
