Restart got me to slightly re-jig my CV to meet ATS needs, even though most jobs I applied for didn't require a CV (arts/heritage sector loves to make you input everything manually). They had no other real advice for me. Very useful fortnightly meetings.

Ironically, much of this "CV training" now consists of telling applicants how to conform to the hoops placed in front of them by... recruitment consultants, who are now selling AI platforms called ATS (applicant tracking systems) to HR departments to help "streamline" hiring processes
