Some time ago I made a somewhat failed batch of marmalade that basically became candied orange honey.
Salt and Straw has a shop where I work, and there they sell an extremely small batch pistachio ricotta ice cream.
I bought a pint so these two could be together
Everyone is still out partying so hard in NYC and I heard it was hot, muggy and gross out today so I bet it feels glorious outside right now!
