One option, for bookish Glasgow pals, would be the Woodlands Anti-Racism Library. It’s a tremendous resource and force for good that supports folk year-round, well beyond its remit as a lending library, and particularly for kids and families.

Sometimes I doubt I've actually gotten any better w/r/t my mental health, even after all the work I put in. But then I post a long thread on a social media, realise I don't need the world to know my exact thoughts on everything and I could just have a conversation with my pals, and I delete it
