One could also use the term "terrorist race riot" (cf. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulsa_r...).

The Jews on this site calling the pogrom in Belfast a pogrom include people who don't do such things lightly (like me, and even people who do so more sparingly than me)
A pogrom is a good word for it because it's exactly that style.
