I do feel my riding has gotten stronger, and so am planning to see how I handle the acoustic bike for the whole commute soon. I'll let you all know how that goes. (All 3 who will likely see this post😉).
This is an incredible finding. If reproduced could bring big health benefits. Am wondering if big cycling nations have lower Alzheimers and dementia.
Once again, Snake Plisken is on point.
One more bike commute home, one less car on the road. The Rocinante really makes getting too and from work fun.

Couldn't get more fine grained than this. North Wales, Bangor, or Anglesey don't seem to be an option. Still sure the trend would remain the same.
I know some like to say using an e-bike is cheating, but I will only say this in reply: "There is no way I would have put that sort of milage in the acoustic in a similar time frame, especially as the commute that forms all this milage has two rather large hills."
A screenshot of the odometer reading from my E-bike. Showing I've riden 1,103.7 miles since purchasing it in February. Not too shabby.
