You can really tell transphobia is a mental illness. My coworkers wouldn’t dare to call anyone else ugly because it's disrespectful, yet they seem to make an exception when one cashier starts to dress more feminine.
Like I'm getting real tired of hearing coworkers just casually talking shit about someone behind their back, making snide comments about their appearance and misgendering them.
I'm planning on putting a stop to it right quick this month.
As a cis person, it's really upsetting that other cis people seem to feel comfortable making transphobic comments around me just because I'm not trans.
