It's less of an issue once you've successfully used your size and power to grind all the fight out of whoever's still standing. Maybe then you can give them treats every now and then.
Once you've crushed that apparatus the small folk had before, you don't need to worry so much about them instituting "emergency protocols" to keep you in line. So you can actually be nice, sometimes. Not too often or predictably though; turn them into little gamblers for benevolence.

My issue with being nice to the smaller folk is that i KNOW they're gonna be working behind the scenes to formulate a kill plan in case I "go bad." just because I'm 20km tall rn.
why give them time to do that???

I'm gonna be treated like a threat no matter how I treat them! Even if they're nice to me they'll be constantly devising how to take me out "if the need arises."
So I'd rather just have my way with them.
