It may not be the most economical way to get ice cream, but it is the most satisfying
Making cookies n cream ice cream with approximately 10x the amount of Oreo the recipe calls for.

"But only a small % of players care. The vast majority don't, and will still buy our game."
Except when the entire online & media discussion, YT videos are all about how bad the game is because of AI, those people who don't care will just hear "Hey, people are saying this game might not be good..."
You can tell the money people are getting jumpy about consumer spending by what gets covered in financial news pieces. This past week I've seen a flood of "You don't actually need to save THAT much for retirement. Go ahead and live a little more now! Buy that thing! Take that trip!" articles

And if you think "Oh, they won't notice when WE do it because we'll be smarter about it!... no... you won't. It'll be noticed.
The media (traditional and many YT/Twitch influencers) HATE genAI and it will be the sub-heading on every single bit of coverage you get going forward (if you get any)...
Dear Slack,
No matter how many times you throw pop-ups or banners at me in the app trying to get me to try your new AI features, I never will. Just stop. Don't make me set up an IRC server...
