Looking at CVS's display of Father's Day cards, I see a shift away from the insulting "You fart and drink beer and play golf but mostly just fart" to the humbler, more millennial/Gen Z-coded "I had no idea how to fix that thing in my apartment, but you did. Um, thanks. 😳"
folks, it's 'weary' when you're tired and 'wary' when you're suspicious/careful.
i get so confused when i'm reading something and the person writes 'weary' 'cause i'm like...you TIRED? thank you for your continued understanding during this trying time in our nation's history.
