Anyone interested in teaming up to explore discourses around collagen? (anecdotally, I've seen people saying: eating chicken feet is gross, UPFs are evil, but I'll happily spend $$ on heavily processed collagen powder, made from animal byproducts, including chicken cartilage...). #CADS
Disclaimer: there's obviously a lot more nuance to this! (Which is exactly why I think it would be super interesting to analyse!)
