I have been screaming for YEARS how corrupt Louisiana public defenders are and how the city is SCAMMING people using traffic tickets. I had to threaten to SUE THE CITY when they refused to acknowledge that traffic cameras PROVED Id paid for my spot & left before the timer ended.
