This time it was my fault the cat got out. She bolted when the rain let up and went on walkabout ~24 hours, and when it started to storm again booked it home.
She's been in heat and caterwauling for WEEKS now, and is now mysteriously quiet and content.
Pretty sure there's kittens in the future.🤦♂️
