Adventures with Booking dot com because my reservation for four nights in Verona next month has been arbitrarily moved to a hotel in Rome that I'm fairly sure does not exist....
It has taken six days and the same number of calls to get them to agree that I can't go ahead with this booking on the grounds that it is more than 500km away from where I booked and probably doesn't exist
