A recent game of Arm wrestle made me realise just how unbalanced my muscle distribution is. My arms can't sustain an arm wrestle for not even 3 seconds but my legs and thighs are forces to be reckoned with, I really need to invest in dumbbells and eat better to help with my deficiencies.
