It seems @freedom-fighters.bsky.social was in a spot of bother, Egg Pawns and various other Badniks on the approach to harm a small town.
Obviously a ploy to draw Sonic’s attention away from something bigger…this wasn’t her world yet people needed saving all the same.

“It’s practically impossible to mess up with me around! What are you up to, perhaps I can assist!”
“I’ve been splendid, thank you…how about yourself?”
