Idk if it’s that they like Heydrich specifically, but it may be that basically any other top level Nazi is too well known or their name isn’t as tough sounding. Adolf is obviously a non-starter. Himmler was a dork, so you don’t wanna use Heinrich. Hermann is kinda basic.
