So I got news last week and I’ve been processing it — whether I should hide it or not and what it means etc etc. In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn’t matter, it’s just a bit of a surprise!
I found out that I was actually diagnosed at age 14, but the decision was made not to tell me or discuss it with me. And I think bc of that decision, I feel less inclined to hide it
