Reading cases in prep for teaching Trade Marks at the end of the month, and I want to talk to Jack about them.
Particularly Manuka Doctor v Hill, in which he appeared. I would say “did you really submit to the CA that old people will have bad memory” and I bet he would say “hehe 🙃”.
It is hard.
