You know I would not expect the case to be if I sat down and tried to think what games I think had good leveling systems, my immediate answer would be RoboCop: Rogue City. Namely for the following: -XP is gained primarily by investigation -Skills gained via levels aren't required but bonuses
Decided I'm just going to say screw it and turn on the fixed level and increase bones assists in Mina because I feel like I was just not really touching the game otherwise.

Okay so the recent X68000 core basically fixed all the issues I had with it on the MiSTer including the ability to turn on Arranged music in that version of Fantasy Zone that has the Space Harrier stage
I don't know what a BTS is but their Oreos are pretty good
