Several commentators asked OCTA to cancel a $19M hydrogen bus refueling project to fund Metrolink. OCTA staff replied that they can't because it's funded by grants - but that's a lie.
(also, why are we rebuilding a 5 year old H2 facility for $19M? almost like it's an unreliable technology.)
