Artist and author Marjane Satrapi has passed away.
i read PERSEPOLIS in a mall Borders as a preteen in 2003. it explained the war better than my school. some of it went over my head but much more did not, thanks to stark, clear cartooning that so effectively conveyed rage, compassion and a determination for justice. rest in peace, Marjane Satrapi.

It's a totally different setting to the other NSFW labels
